This position will be responsible for overseeing the safety of our employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the safety of our employees by complying with local, state, and federal regulations.
Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed to protect the health and safety of our employees.
Ensure that all safety equipment is in good working order.
Train and develop new Employees.
Attend training sessions on new equipment and current regulations.
Work closely with the HR Department to ensure that all employee concerns are addressed promptly and that appropriate action is taken as required.
Participate in the training of Employees and assist in the selection process when needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Previous experience in safety management preferred.
