Job Description Crown Staffing is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Somerset, KY! This full-time opportunity is available on all shifts and pay starts at $21.
86/hr
shift differentials of $.
60/hr for 2nd/3rd and an additional $1 for weekends.
This position is immediately available and orientation classes start bi-weekly.
Experience bonus pay is $.
27/hr for each year of nursing working experience, up to 20 years.
$1,500 bonus after transferring into your permanent position and another $1,500 retention bonus 12 months after.
If you have a Bachelor's degree, there is a $2.
10/hr increase and with a Master's degree, there is a $3.
15/hr increase.
This career opportunity is temp with the intent to hire.

-Work with RNs to perform nursing delegated duties in the care of ill or injured residents.
-Prepare, administer, and chart medication, give injections, administer G-tube feedings and care, and accept and account for drugs and equipment.
-Explain medication purposes, dosages, and possible side effects to residents and others.
-Gather preliminary medical information from residents for physicians, and report unusual incidents with staff or residents.
-Schedule residents to see the physician and assist in these examinations.
-Take temperatures, pulses, and respirations and record them on residents' charts.
Serious candidates will have the following experience, skills, or education:
-Licensed Practical Nurse diploma.
-Licensed Practical Nurse license issued by the Kentucky Board of Nursing or a state Nursing Board in the Compact State Agreement.
-Valid driver's license.
