Human Resources Co-op Job Duties:
The candidate will work with local HR team to be actively involved in the recruiting process from start to finish.
Partner with the wellness team and activities committee to assist with any ongoing wellness projects and help plan upcoming employee events.
Assist with electronic record keeping for disciplinary actions and training records.
Assist with training needs, help with program rollouts, and tracking completion statuses for different touchpoints & deadlines.
Work with local management team to complete and send out the quarterly newsletter.
Ideal candidate would have the following:
Good communication skills and follow-up Self-motivated with ability to work independently Willing to work in a hands-on environment Ability to lead projects and teams Currently seeking a HR degree Job Types:
