COMPENSATION: $60,000 - 70,000 plus Bonus, Excellent Benefits package, Comprehensive Relocation package
JOB PROFILE:
Industry leading manufacturer offers a career-oriented opportunity for one to lead this plant's Safety and Compliance team and operation. This plant is a non-union, fast paced, JIT operation. You will report to the Plant Manager.
You really need solid people skills as you will work with all departments to develop a bottoms-up generated vision of safety, followed by implementation and assessment. Strong project management skills and tools such as 5S and Kaizen to initiate and implement safety programs.
We are looking for one who wants solid career and advancement opportunities, eventually willing to move into different departments and has the aptitude for career advancement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Solid leadership and project management experience
Experience identifying and implementing innovative safety incentive programs
Outstanding people skills - promote behavior based safety programs
Solid safety tools - 5S, Kaizen, root cause
Solid communication, organization and time management skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
